• If the customer supplies an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, Kissyme will not refund any delivery costs. It is customers responsibility to enter their address correctly and to make sure the address is known to their local postal service.

• An additional HK$35 delivery cost will be charged for all orders under HK$300.

• Free delivery charge for a total purchase over HK$300.
